Currently, I am Postdoc Researcher in Lipid Oxidation in Food Emulsions at the laboratory of Food Chemistry, Wageningen University in the Netherlands. In 2019, I have been awarded a PhD in mechanical engineering from University of Orléans in France. From 2019 to 2021, I was a Postdoc Researcher at the Department of Biomedical Engineering of University of Montpellier in France which is intensively involved in the EU H2020 GLOPACK project. My research interests lie in the subject of computational modelling for the flow fluid in porous media, mass transfer and chemical reaction-diffusion processes in food packaging systems.
