Biografie

After finishing my bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology, I completed a Doctoral Research in Food Engineering at University of Buenos Aires. My thesis gave me thorough knowledge and experience related to the effects of processing on product properties, analytical and statistical techniques. Furthermore, I worked as a Professor of "Chemometrics Tools" from 2019 until 2022.

Moreover, I have worked for the National Service for Agrifood Health and Quality (SENASA), in Argentina. This agency is an international reference laboratory,  responsible for implementing national policies on animal health, plant protection and food safety. I have worked in the Residues Department in CG-MS area for the first 3 years. Then, I have worked in the Food Science department as a Researcher in Near Infrared Spectroscopy and Chemometrics, for the following 9 years.

I have always worked hard to accomplish my goals and gain more insight into chemical and data sciences. I have worked in a software development company (SoftLab) as a freelance consultant in NIR/chemometrics. Moreover, I have attended several national and international conferences, presenting posters and oral talks with great success.
