Eline is a PhD candidate at ENP and CHL with an interdisciplinary background, holding a BA in Philosophy and an MSc in Global Challenges for Sustainability. Her central focus is the future of food consumption, driven by her interest in food system transformation, social change, food security and justice, particularly within the Netherlands. Her research is part of two projects: the NWA project 'Transition to a Sustainable Food System' and the EU4Advice project.
