Lenneke van Bussel obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Health at Wageningen University, in 2013, and her Master of Science degree in Management, Economics and Consumer studies (specialization: Consumer studies) at Wageningen University, in 2016.
Currently, Lenneke is working as a PhD candidate on the topic of healthy and sustainable diets, from a consumer perspective. She studied the taste profiles of diets high and low on sustainability and health, and the perceptions that consumers have with food-related sustainability.
