It is envisaged that EV Biotech will hold a meeting with the advisory board two times per year so that EV Biotech will provide updates on their activities and ask questions related to the expertise of the advisor. Members of the advisory board are expected to provide wise counsel and guidance on issues related to their fields of expertise and share unbiased insights and ideas from a third point-of-view. Furthermore, members of the advisory board are welcome to impose challenges to directors and managment that could improve the business of EV biotech. It is also envisaged that members of the advisory board would provide a social networking platform for the company and vice versa.
