I am a systems thinker with the capacity to work with complexity. Drawing from over 10 years’ work experience, I am able to combine both theoretical and practical knowledge of the environment and different agri-food sectors. I am a highly skilled facilitator and well-organized and strategic project manager. My career has taken me to Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia and Uganda where I have extended my professional network across government, civil society, research and industry. My curiosity, adaptability and outcomes-orientation make me an asset working in challenging contexts. I am sociable, compassionate and accustomed to team work, but nevertheless confident to carry out assignments on my own.
