Helena Solman is a PhD researcher at the Environmental Policy Group at Wageningen University and Research. Her research focuses on the process public engagement with wind energy. In her research, Helena investigates innovative approaches to wind energy design, planning and management that incoorporate public concerns, values and practices. During her academic education she gained an interdiciplinary research skills in the MSc Landscape Architecture and Spatial Planning (WUR). Before joining acadmia, she shotly worked as a consultant in the domain of urban planning.
