    De Stichting Unica Foundation biedt technische en financiƫle ondersteuning aan kleinschalige projecten in Nepal op het gebied van drinkwater, sanitatie, irrigatie en energie. Als lid van het bestuur draag ik bij aan de kwaliteit van de projecten. Voor onderzoek ten behoeve van de projecten worden door mij begeleide studenten ingezet.

Projects
Capacity building for water education and research

Capacity building includes learning processes at individual, organizational and institutional levels. In two NUFFIC-funded projects I am currently involved in the development of news courses and curricula for good water education and in the development and implementaton of a PhD-program.

Current projects:

Education in the BSc program International Land and Water Management (BIL)

My objective as a lecturer is to develop, offer and implement educational acitivites that stimulate students to excel. Active involvement of students, good quality of learning outputs and positive course evaluations by students are sources of information to determine what goes well and what could be improved. Currently, I am involved in different courses of the BSc program International Land and Water Management (BIL): WRM-11303, CPT-11806, SLM-10806, WRM-21312, and the BSc completion trajectory (consisting of YRM-21306, YEI-70318 and YEI-80812).
