As Improvement Officer:
Improving services of the Staff Bureau of the Department of Animal Sciences. For exampleimproving processes, using the Lean methodology, such as the process of starting up researchprojects, in which research project leaders, HR, Legal, Finance & Control, Communications, QHSEand the Liaison Office are involved.
As Liaison Officer:
Main contact person for chair holders and other researchers(ABG, HMI and QVE) during the acquisition phase of externally funded projects. Responsible for legal and financial advice and support by negotiation of contracts, contract management, drafting internal and external budgets and providing information on external funding.
Being the connection between both internal parties (such as Human Resource, Finance & Control, chair holders and researchers,) and external parties (contractors, funding agencies, etc.).
Within the Research Liaison Office responsible for the reporting of management information, development and implementation of annual plans, optimizing operational processes and cooperation with Finance & Control.
