Experienced in doing explicit consumer research (surveys), implicit consumer research ( heart rate, facial expression, eye-tracking) and doing multilevel interventions. Currently building expertise on effective food labeling for more sustainable/healthy consumption and the use of data science in consumer research. Enjoys working on uncovering why and how consumer react to novel technologies and (potentially) disruptive innovations such as novel labeling strategies, blockchain for food, AI driven tech, True Pricing, online shopping.
