I am researching and developing paper-based and 3D-printed portable analytical devices and total analysis systems that can be used by consumers to test their food for contaminants. I recently finished my PhD in the EU FoodSmartphone project at WFSR and am now working as a researcher at WFSR and as postdoc at the Laboratory of Organic Chemistry (under the EU PHOTONFOOD project).
