Biografie

Ulanbek Turdukulov holds a Doctorate from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He started his career in 1996 as cartographer in St. Petersburg, Russia and then continued as a head of cartographic laboratory of Kyrgyz State University, Kyrgyz Republic. From 2007 till 2013 he was a lecturer in the Department of Geo-Information Processing at The Faculty ITC, University of Twente in the Netherlands. Prior to Wageningen University and Research he was a lecturer at Curtin University, Western Australia from 2013 till 2017. His research interests are geo-visual analytics, analysis and visualisation of spatiotemporal data and geo-web services.
