Previously, I worked for 5+ years in the consulting sector in food toxicology and nutritional health claims, and have assisted with projects in tissue engineering, teratology, and public health pharmacology. As a result of growing up on 3 continents, I enjoy working with diverse teams to generate solutions with global health impacts.
