Since 2017, Thierry is CEO of a small company called Bodem Holding B.V.. Under the brand name zip drill, Thierry is developing and marketing mechanical parts for precision seeders (a.k.a. planters). The specificity of the zip drill products is that it allows to upgrade a conventional planter to a no-till planter which is better for soil, biodiversity and carbon sequestration.

In 2015, Thierry created a blog and was invited as a blogger on a French website. On its own blog, Thierry post in English and on the French website, he post in French.
