My name is Frikkie Korf and I am a team member in the Educational Support Centre.  Before I came to WUR, I was the Head of Monash South Africa’s Foundation Programme.  In this programme, we provided a pathway for students, who do not meet the requirements for university level studies, to progress into undergraduate studies.  I hold a master in Higher Education Studies from the University of the Free State.  My interests vary from innovation in education to programme development and advice to (my hobby horse) the First Year Experience.  I am especially excited to work with teachers at WUR in order to develop their own style of teaching, specifically on how this style relates to student learning.
